Shipping Countries & Costs

UK delivery will be made usually within 1-2 working days.

Please note when placing an order we advise that you select a work address rather than a residential one as our couriers only deliver between 9:00am and 6:00pm.

Shipping is currently FREE until the end of August 2010 to UK mainland addresses. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden extras!

Shipping is either with the Royal Mail first class service or by courier for larger items on a next day service. A signature will be required.

Customers from Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of White and Isle of Man please call or, where you have already made a purchase online, we will contact you with the actual shipping price depending on the size and weight of your product.

After March 31st 2010 postage will revert to our normal shipping costs which are detailed in the table below. We have kept our shipping costs to an absolute minimum.

European and International delivery costs. Please call for shipping costs. Please allow up to 5 days for EC deliveries and up to 10 days for International deliveries.

If you want to use the Royal Mail International Signed For or Airsure delivery services then call us on
++ 44 (0)131 554 5555. Goods will require a signature upon receipt.

We aim to dispatch all goods within 24 hours of receiving the order.

You can pay for products by credit card over the phone. Call FREE 0800 0 24 24 21 from the UK or

Cancellation & Returns

Please follow these instructions for returning items to Caribee:

1. All items must be returned within 14 working days of their original delivery.

2. Post returns to the following address:

Please also include the invoice or a copy of it and a note detailing whether you would like a refund or to exchange the items.

3. When returning an item we strongly suggest you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office when you send an item back.

Unfortunately delivery and return costs will not be refunded unless the item is defective.
